Product Description

Product Name: (FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film) 6051 Film Coated with FEP/F46 (Polyimide FN Film). This extraordinary Polyimide FEP (F46) film is engineered by coating Polyimide film with FEP resin (F46) on either a single side (FH) or dual sides (FHF), followed by a high-temperature sintering process. This combination brings together the unparalleled properties of Polyimide film and FEP resin, delivering exceptional high & low temperature resistance, remarkable radiation and corrosion resistance, along with outstanding electrical properties. The film boasts superior dimensional stability and heat-sealable properties. It is resilient across a broad temperature range, from an icy -112°F (-80°C) to a blazing +500°F (+260°C). This versatile Polyimide FEP (F46) film finds extensive use in insulation for motors, electrical apparatus, and in the wrapping of cables and magnet wires. Key Features: * Enhanced mechanical strength and superior dielectric strength allow for thinner insulation layers; * Exceptional heat resistance qualifies it as class-H insulation, capable of long-term operation at 180°C and short-term endurance at 260°C; * Offers superb flexibility, excellent tear resistance, and superior workability, easily adhering to variously sized workpieces; * Self-adhesive with excellent bonding strength, ensuring no detachment after peeling; * Available in different thicknesses and widths to cater to specific customer needs. Applications span across Electrical and Electronics, circuit board manufacturing, H-grade electric engines, transformer coils, capacitor insulation wrapping for high-temperature and high-voltage conditions. It's ideal for SMT thermal resistance and providing golden finger protection for PCB boards, as well as ensuring high-temperature resistance and waterproofing for electronic transformers.
