Product Name:(FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film)6051 film Coated with FEP/F46(polyimide FN Film) Our innovative Polyimide FEP (F46) film is crafted with precision, involving a meticulous coating of Polyimide film with FEP resin (F46) on one side (FH) or on both sides (FHF), followed by a sophisticated high-temperature sintering process. This results in a unique fusion of the remarkable attributes of Polyimide film and FEP resin, including exceptional resistance to both high and low temperatures, radiation, and corrosion. The film exhibits outstanding electrical properties, superb dimensional stability, and heat sealability. It operates effectively across a broad temperature spectrum, from -112°F (-80°C) to an impressive +500°F (+260°C). Widely acclaimed for its insulation capabilities in motors, electrical devices, and for the wrapping of cables and magnet wires, its application extends to heater components.
