Installation Instructions

1. The power line is versatile, allowing seamless connection without worrying about polarity. Feel free to connect it to a power source ranging from 110 to 230V (Optional).
2. When operating dry, the heater yields lower thermal efficiency. It is highly recommended to pair it with a fan for optimal results.
3. While the heater can be placed in humid environments, ensure it is never submerged in water to maintain safety and performance.
4. During initial usage, a small amount of smoke may be emitted. This is completely normal and will dissipate shortly, ensuring a smooth operation thereafter.
5. Equipped with a high-precision 230 degrees Celsius heater chip: in dry conditions, expect surface temperatures around 200 degrees Celsius, whereas with fan assistance, it steadies at approximately 120 degrees Celsius.
6. The product is furnished with brackets made of high-temperature resistant PA66 nylon, ensuring robust stability and safety.
7. Testing conditions: Ambient temperature at a comfortable 24 degrees Celsius, wind speed at 3.3 m/s, and measured at a 10 cm distance from the outlet, delivering heated air between 50 to 60 degrees Celsius.
8. Normally, the PTC heater experiences a power surge shortly after start-up, ranging from 1.5 to 3 times the rated power. This quickly stabilizes, reflecting standard operation. We appreciate your understanding!
