Installation Instructions

1. The power line of our PTC Air Heater with Electric Heating Element for 220V Efficiency is designed for simplicity and flexibility, allowing you to connect it effortlessly to any power supply ranging from 110V to 230V without worrying about polarity.
2. For optimal performance, especially when the heater is dry and thermal efficiency is low, we highly recommend pairing it with a fan to enhance heat distribution.
3. Our heater is engineered to resist wet conditions, offering placement versatility. However, ensure it is not submerged in water to maintain its efficiency and durability.
4. During the initial use, you may notice a small amount of smoke, which is completely normal and will dissipate quickly, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience.
5. Featuring an advanced built-in heater chip that reaches up to 230°C, the dry surface temperature stabilizes at approximately 200°C, while fan assistance reduces it to around 120°C.
6. The product is equipped with robust brackets made of PA66 high-temperature nylon at both ends, ensuring stability and safety during operation.
7. Under test conditions of 24°C ambient temperature, a wind speed of 3.3 m/s, and an outlet distance of 10 cm, the heater efficiently generates hot air temperatures ranging from 50°C to 60°C.
8. Upon activation, the PTC heater may momentarily experience an impact power surge, typically 1.5 to 3 times its rated power, which quickly stabilizes. This behavior is typical and should be expected during initial operation.
9. Designed for longevity, the life expectancy of this heater spans approximately 3 to 5 years, providing reliable heating solutions over time.
