Installation Instructions

1. The power line is designed for flexible installation, as it does not distinguish between positive and negative. This allows you to conveniently connect to a power source ranging from 110V to 230V, according to your preference.
2. The heater operates at optimal efficiency when used alongside a fan. In dry conditions, its thermal efficiency is lower, so pairing it with a fan is highly recommended to maximize performance.
3. The unit is suitable for placement in damp environments; however, it must not be submerged in water to ensure safety and maintain performance.
4. During initial use, the heater may emit a slight amount of smoke. This is completely normal and will dissipate shortly, ensuring no cause for concern.
5. Featuring a built-in heater chip capable of reaching 230 degrees Celsius, the surface temperature stabilizes at approximately 200 degrees Celsius when dry. When a fan is employed, this surface temperature reduces to about 120 degrees Celsius, demonstrating effective heat management.
6. This product is equipped with a bracket at both ends made from PA66 high-temperature nylon, ensuring robust support and durability even in high heat conditions.
7. Test Conditions: With an ambient temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 3.3 m/s, measured at a 10 cm distance from the outlet, the hot air temperature is approximately 50-60 degrees Celsius, confirming its efficient heat output.
8. Under typical conditions, the PTC heater experiences a momentary surge in power, about 1.5 to 3 times its rated capacity soon after activation. This surge diminishes swiftly, which is a normal aspect of its operation. We appreciate your understanding of this characteristic.
