Installation Instructions

1. The power line is versatile and does not require any distinction between positive and negative. You have the flexibility to connect it to a power source ranging from 110V to 230V (Optional), ensuring seamless installation.
2. For optimal thermal efficiency, especially when the heater is operating dry, it is highly recommended to use it in conjunction with a fan to enhance performance.
3. This versatile heater can be safely placed in moist environments, offering reliable performance. However, it must not be submerged in water to maintain its operational integrity.
4. Upon initial use, the heater may emit a slight amount of smoke, which is completely normal. Rest assured, this phenomenon will quickly dissipate within a short period.
5. Featuring a built-in 230 degrees Celsius heater chip, when used dry, the surface temperature reaches approximately 200 degrees Celsius. With fan assistance, the surface temperature moderates to about 120 degrees Celsius, optimizing safety and efficiency.
6. Both ends of this product come equipped with durable brackets made of PA66 high-temperature nylon, ensuring strong support and reliability during use.
7. Testing Conditions: At an ambient temperature of 24 degrees Celsius, with air flow at a speed of 3.3 m/s and a distance of 10 cm from the outlet, the heated air temperature ranges between 50-60 degrees Celsius, delivering consistent warmth.
8. Typically, post-startup, the PTC heater experiences an initial surge in power, roughly 1.5 to 3 times the rated power, which will swiftly decrease to normal operating levels. This is a common occurrence, and your understanding is appreciated.
9. Longevity: The heater boasts a substantial lifespan, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years, providing enduring performance and reliability.
