Product Name: (FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film) 6051 film Coated with FEP/F46 (polyimide FN Film). Discover the exceptional capabilities of our Polyimide FEP (F46) film, engineered through a meticulous process that involves coating polyimide film with FEP resin (F46) on one or both sides, followed by high-temperature sintering. Boasting heat sealable properties, it performs exquisitely across a temperature spectrum of -112°F (-80°C) to +500°F (+260°C). Widely utilized as insulation in motors, electrical devices, and for wrapping cables and magnet wires, this film exhibits: * Superior mechanical and dielectric strength due to thinner insulation layers; * Exceptional heat resistance, ideal for Class-H insulation, operational long-term at 180°C and short-term at 260°C; * Great flexibility and tear resistance, facilitating easy application on various workpiece sizes; * Self-adhesive qualities ensuring strong bonding without residue post-removal; * Varying thickness and width to accommodate specific customer needs.
