Product Name:(FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film)6051 film Coated with FEP/F46(polyimide FN Film) Polyimide FEP(F46) film boasts a sophisticated design, incorporating Polyimide film with FEP resin (F46) on either one side (FH) or both sides (FHF). Through a meticulous high-temperature sintering process, it harmoniously blends the remarkable characteristics of Polyimide film with the versatile properties of FEP resin. This results in a product that excels in high & low temperature resistance, radiation protection, corrosion resistance, outstanding electrical capabilities, superior dimensional stability, and remarkable heat sealability. This film performs exceptionally across a significant temperature range from an icy -112°F (-80°C) to a scorching +500°F (+260°C). Widely adopted for insulation in motors, electrical apparatus, and for wrapping cables and magnet wires, heater, it features: * Enhanced mechanical strength and superior dielectric strength with more delicate insulation ply; * Unrivaled heat resistance, suitable for Class-H insulation, enduring long-term at 180°C and short-term at 260°C; * Exceptional flexibility, superior tear resistance, and outstanding workability, easily adhering to differently sized workpieces; * Self-adhesive with solid bonding strength, leaving no residues after peeling off; * Available in various thicknesses and widths to cater to specific customer needs. Application domains include Electrical and Electronics, circuit board manufacturing, H-grade electric engines, transformer coil and capacitor insulation in high-temperature, high-voltage scenarios, SMT thermal resistance, PCB board golden finger protection, and waterproofing electronic transformers under high temperatures.
