It finds application in air conditioners, coffee machines, smart toilets, massagers, heat therapy instruments, glue guns, mosquito exterminators, humidifiers, beauty and hairdressing tools, egg cookers, and more. Compared to traditional heaters, it offers enhanced safety and reliability due to its self-regulating PTC element, which remains undamaged even without airflow.

Installation Instructions

1. The power line is universally adaptable, allowing you to effortlessly connect to any power source ranging from 110V to 230V (Optional).
2. When operating the heater dry, the thermal efficiency might be lower, hence it is recommended to pair it with a fan for optimal performance.
3. The heater can safely be placed in damp environments, however, it should not be submerged in water.
4. During the initial operation, the heater may emit a slight amount of smoke, which is a normal occurrence and will dissipate shortly.
5. Featuring a robust built-in heater chip capable of reaching 230 degrees Celsius, the heater's surface temperature stabilizes at approximately 200 degrees Celsius when dry, and around 120 degrees Celsius when air is circulated with a fan.
6. Each end of the product is equipped with sturdy brackets made from PA66 high-temperature resistant nylon, ensuring durability and safety.
7. Test conditions include an ambient temperature of 24 degrees Celsius with wind speed reaching 3.3 m/s from a 10 cm distance, yielding a hot air output temperature between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius.
8. Typically, the PTC heater will experience a short-lived impact power surge of approximately 1.5 to 3 times its rated power shortly after starting, which will quickly decline. This is a normal characteristic, so please be assured.
9. Expected lifespan: approximately 3 to 5 years.
