Q: Can you produce customized products?
A: Yes, we can produce the products as your requested material size, printing, etc, please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.

Q: Do you offer samples?
A: Normally free samples similar to your request can be provided for your reference, you only need to pay for the freight.

Q: Can we place an order with a lower quantity than MOQ?
A: Price is highly based on quantity, if the quantity is lower than MOQ, the unit price will be higher.

Q: What is your production time?
A: For samples, we can send them within 1 day.
For bulk orders, normally we can finish them in about 2 weeks. Shipping time depends on different areas.

Q: What shipping way do you usually use?
A: For samples, we send them by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or some other cheap and fast express.
For mass production, we usually deliver them by sea in consideration of the shipping cost. But if the cargo is urgent, we can help to deliver by air.

Q: What kinds of payment can you offer?
A: T/T 30% in advance, 70%balance before delivery, Western Union, L/C, etc, If you want to deal with EXW/CIF/CNF term instead of FOB, please specify.
