Product Description

Product Name:(FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film)6051 film Coated with FEP/F46(polyimide FN Film) Polyimide FEP(F46) film is a high-performance material engineered by coating Polyimide film with FEP resin(F46) on either one side (FH) or both sides (FHF). This process involves sintering at elevated temperatures, resulting in a film that harmoniously blends the exceptional qualities of Polyimide film with FEP resin. It boasts remarkable resistance to both high and low temperatures, enduring from a frigid -112°F (-80°C) to a scorching +500°F (+260°C). Additionally, it is resistant to radiation and corrosion, and features outstanding electrical properties, superb dimensional stability, and heat-sealable attributes. Polyimide FEP(F46) film is extensively utilized for insulation purposes in motors, electrical apparatus, and for wrapping cables and magnet wires. Heater Characters include: * Enhanced mechanical strength and superior dielectric strength, even with thinner insulation layers. * Exceptional heat resistance, suitable as class-H insulation, withstanding prolonged exposure to 180°C and short-term peaks at 260°C. * Remarkable flexibility, increased tear resistance, and excellent workability, allowing adhesion to various sized workpieces. * Self-adhesive with robust bonding strength, ensuring no detachment after stripping. * Available in diverse thicknesses and widths to cater to specific customer requirements. Application domains cover Electrical and Electronics, circuit board manufacturing, H-grade electric engines, transformer coil and capacitor insulation, SMT thermal resistance, golden finger protection of PCB boards, and high-temperature, high-voltage condition applications, including waterproofing for electronic transformers.
