Product Description

Product Name: (FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film) 6051 film Coated with FEP/F46 (polyimide FN Film) Polyimide FEP(F46) film seamlessly integrates the robust resilience of Polyimide film with the cutting-edge FEP resin (F46) technology. Through a precise high-temperature sintering process, FEP resin is applied to one side (FH) or both sides (FHF) of the film, endowing it with extraordinary properties. Revel in its unparalleled resistance to extreme temperatures, radiation, and corrosion, all while preserving exceptional electrical properties. With formidable dimensional stability and heat sealable capabilities, it performs impeccably in a wide temperature range from a chilly -112F (-80c) to an intense +500F (+260c). The Polyimide FEP(F46) film is an essential component for insulation tasks in motors, electrical devices, and for wrapping cables and magnet wires. Discover its remarkable advantages: * Superior mechanical strength and exceptional dielectric strength, even with thinner insulation layers. * Outstanding heat resistance, ideal for Class-H insulation, withstanding continuous use at 180°C and brief exposure up to 260°C. * Excellent flexibility, enhanced tear resistance, and outstanding adaptability to components of various sizes. * Self-adhesive with strong bonding strength, preventing displacement after detachment. * Available in a variety of thicknesses and widths to meet specific customer requirements.
