Product Name: (FH/FN Polyimide Fep Film) 6051 Film Coated with FEP/F46 (Polyimide FN Film). This Polyimide FEP (F46) film is an innovative creation, where the Polyimide film is meticulously coated with FEP resin (F46) on either one side (FH) or both sides (FHF), followed by a sophisticated sintering process at elevated temperatures. This process harmoniously merges the remarkable attributes of Polyimide film with FEP resin, delivering exceptional high and low temperature resistance, superb radiation and corrosion resistance, exemplary electrical properties, outstanding dimensional stability, and heat-sealable features. This film functions seamlessly across a vast temperature spectrum, ranging from a chilly -112°F (-80°C) to a scorching +500°F (+260°C). Widely acclaimed for its insulation capabilities, this film is an indispensable choice for motor and electrical apparatus insulation, as well as for wrapping cables and magnet wires. Heater Characteristics: * Superior mechanical and dielectric strength, achievable with a thinner insulation layer; * Remarkable heat resistance, making it ideal as Class-H insulation, capable of enduring long-term exposure at 180°C, and short spans at 260°C; * High flexibility, with exceptional tear resistance and workability, allowing it to adhere perfectly to workpieces of varying sizes; * Self-adhesive with robust bonding strength, ensuring no detachment upon stripping; * Available in diverse thicknesses and widths to precisely cater to specific customer needs.
