Installation Instructions

1. The power line is versatile, allowing you to connect it to any power source between 110V and 230V without worrying about polarity.
2. When used in dry conditions, the heater's thermal efficiency might be lower; pairing it with a fan is recommended for better performance.
3. The heater is suitable for moist environments but should never be submerged in water.
4. During initial use, a small amount of smoke may be observed, which is perfectly normal and will dissipate quickly.
5. Featuring a built-in heater chip rated at 230°C, expect the surface temperature to reach approximately 200°C when dry. When using a fan, it will stabilize around 120°C.
6. The product is equipped with durable PA66 high temperature nylon brackets at both ends, ensuring stability and safety.
7. Testing conditions include an ambient temperature of 24°C and a wind speed of 3.3 m/s at a 10 cm distance from the outlet, resulting in a hot air temperature of approximately 50-60°C.
8. The PTC heater initially experiences a surge in power consumption, roughly 1.5 to 3 times its rated power, which quickly normalizes. This is typical behavior and should not cause concern.
9. With a lifespan of approximately 3 to 5 years, this product promises long-term reliability and efficiency.
