Installation Instructions

1. The power line is versatile and accommodates any polarity, allowing you to effortlessly connect to a power source ranging from 110V to 230V, based on your preference.
2. For optimal performance, especially when the heater is dry and thermal efficiency is low, pairing it with a fan is highly recommended to enhance heat circulation.
3. While this heater can safely operate in damp environments, it is crucial to avoid submerging it in water to prevent damage.
4. During initial use, you may notice a minor emission of smoke. This is normal and will dissipate shortly, ensuring clean and efficient operation.
5. Equipped with a robust 230°C heater chip, the surface temperature reaches approximately 200°C when dry. However, when a fan is used, this reduces to around 120°C, allowing safe and efficient heating.
6. The product is designed with high-temperature-resistant PA66 nylon brackets at both ends, ensuring durability and stability during operation.
7. Test Conditions: At an ambient temperature of 24°C, with a wind speed of 3.3 m/s, and a 10 cm distance from the outlet, the hot air temperature hovers around 50-60°C.
8. Typically, the PTC heater may experience a brief surge in power upon startup, ranging from 1.5 to 3 times its rated power. This is a normal occurrence and power stabilizes quickly. We appreciate your understanding!
